We have recently
experienced some delay in deliveries by Singapore
Post (SingPost). Lost of mails and parcels are
getting more frequent too. While it is our job to ensure all deliveries will reach customers safely and in time, we have no control
over the service provided by SingPost.
Therefore, we will
like to suggest to customers to opt for the
registered post option so we can ensure all
deliveries are done efficiently.
Please note that we
hold no responsibility for all lost post for normal
posts and there will be no refund for lost posts.

Registered Post
Recently there are
some customers giving me feedback that they do not
want to opt for registered post because they do not
want to go to the post office to collect the items.
So I have to advice them that the postman will knock
on their doors for registered post. If nobody is at
home, the postman will issue a notification slip at
the door. With the slip, they can either call the
post office or log in to Singpost to request for
another delivery the next day or so. It is a safest
way as Registered Post is the only way to guarantee
the post reach all our customers safely in your
hand.

PREFERRED PAYMENT MODE :
We prefer payment by Paypal. Customers do not need to have a
Paypal account. If you have a credit card or a debit card,
you can opt for 'Credit card or direct cash by Paypal' while
filling the online form. When you are brought to Paypal
site, please click on 'Don't have a Paypal account?' and
proceed with the transaction.
